Two ways to handle a comment
Optional AI-assisted intent evaluation
If you enable AI assistance, the agent can assess the language and apparent intent of comments that do not match configured keywords. For a genuine product inquiry, it can use the response and destination you supplied. It may respond to appropriate appreciation or feedback within its permitted behavior, and can refrain from replying to unsuitable or negative comments.
Your campaigns stay under your control
- AI assistance is optional and can be controlled per campaign.
- The agent uses the response details and links you configure; it does not create offers or product destinations on its own.
- It does not initiate unsolicited messages independently of a configured campaign and its safeguards.
- You can pause or delete a campaign whenever you choose.
- Language and intent interpretation depends on context and is not guaranteed to be perfect for every comment.
